KWASUED Post UTME/DE Form for 2026/2027 Admission

Kwara State University of Education (KWASUED), Ilorin, has announced its admission screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The notice, signed by the Registrar, Mohammed Jimada Jibril, states that the university will open its registration portal on 8 June 2026. Candidates seeking admission into the listed undergraduate programmes can start their application once the portal goes live.

KWASUED Post UTME/DE Form 2026/2027

KWASUED has set 150 as the minimum UTME score for the screening exercise.

Candidates who score 150 and above, and also meet the basic academic requirements, will receive consideration for placement across the listed technical, science, arts, business and education programmes. Direct Entry candidates can also apply for any of the available undergraduate courses.

KWASUED Courses Available for Admission

KWASUED has opened admission into 20 degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The courses cover education, business, social sciences, science, technical education, arts and humanities.

Education, Business and Social Sciences

Candidates interested in business-related and education-focused courses can apply for the following programmes:

• B.Sc.(Ed) Business Education
• B.Ed. Entrepreneurship
• B.Ed. Educational Technology
• B.Ed. Educational Management
• B.Ed. Guidance and Counselling
• B.Ed. Sustainable Development
• B.Sc.(Ed) Accounting
• B.Sc.(Ed) Economics

Science and Technical Education

KWASUED also offers science and technical education programmes for candidates who meet the stated admission rules.

• B.Sc.(Ed) Mathematics
• B.Sc.(Ed) Physics
• B.Sc.(Ed) Agriculture
• B.Sc.(Ed) Biology

Candidates who prefer language, arts or history education can choose from the courses below:

JAMB Rules for UTME and Direct Entry Candidates

KWASUED requires interested candidates to visit an accredited JAMB CBT centre and select the university as their choice of school.

Applicants must also make sure their O’Level results appear on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System, known as JAMB CAPS. Without that upload, the admission process may not move as expected.

This rule applies to both UTME and Direct Entry candidates.

The screening portal will open on 8 June 2026.

Candidates should visit the KWASUED admission portal to begin their application once registration starts. They should also follow the instructions given on the portal and use correct personal, academic and JAMB details.
