UNIZIK JUPEB Orientation Programme for 2025/2026 Candidates
The Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) will host its Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) Orientation Programme for students newly admitted into the 2025/2026 academic session. This event introduces candidates to the JUPEB structure, study expectations and campus life, setting the stage for a productive experience at UNIZIK.
The programme will help students understand course structures, academic rules and available support. It also creates an avenue to meet key staff and fellow students, helping them adapt quickly to their new environment.

Date: Friday, 14th November 2025
Time: 2:00 PM
All newly admitted JUPEB candidates are expected to attend promptly. The session will explain the JUPEB syllabus, assessment process and practical tips for achieving academic success during the foundation year.
What Students Can Expect
Students attending the orientation will receive guidance on academic discipline, study strategies and university conduct. Officials from the JUPEB Directorate will discuss academic support services and explain the procedure for advancing into 200-level admission upon completing the programme.
Talks will also focus on ethics, time management and the importance of maintaining good academic standing. Participation in the orientation is strongly encouraged for every JUPEB candidate beginning their studies at UNIZIK.
