Gombe College of Health Tech Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 ND Admission

Gombe State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kaltungo has opened its 2025 Post-UTME form for ND programmes. Screening starts 21 July and ends 9 August. If you scored at least 100 in UTME, here’s how to apply.

Gombe College of Health Kaltungo 2025 Post-UTME Form Is Out

If you picked Gombe State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kaltungo as your first choice in JAMB and scored at least 100, you’re halfway there. The school has announced its 2025 Post-UTME screening and opened the portal for registration.

Screening runs from Monday, 21 July to Saturday, 9 August 2025. No need to rush, but don’t wait till the last minute either.

Programmes Available

You can apply for any of the following National Diploma courses:

  1. Nutrition and Dietetics
  2. Public Health Technology
  3. Health Information Management
  4. Environmental Health Technology
  5. Epidemiology and Disease Control Technology

How to Register Online

Here’s the no-fuss version of the steps:

  1. Go to the official Kaltungo screening portal
  2. Type in your JAMB Reg number to check if you’re eligible
  3. Click on the course you applied for in JAMB
  4. Create an account using your email and a password you’ll remember
  5. Pay ₦2,000 online
  6. Fill out the form with the following info:
    • Your full name
    • Email
    • Gender
    • State and LGA of origin
    • SSCE type and scratch card PIN
    • Course you’re applying for
    • JAMB score breakdown and subjects
  7. Submit the form
  8. Print your confirmation

That’s it. No long queue, no waiting under the sun.

Don’t Forget This Part

Upload your O’level results to the JAMB CAPS portal through a JAMB office or accredited CBT centre. If you don’t do this, you won’t get in, no matter how high you scored.

Ignore any other platform claiming to sell or manage Post-UTME forms for this college. If it’s not the official Kaltungo screening portal, steer clear.
