ADUSTECH Gets Full NUC Accreditation for 20 Programmes

The Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH), Wudil, has recently achieved significant success. The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted full accreditation to 20 of the university’s academic programmes. This accomplishment highlights ADUSTECH’s commitment to providing quality education and maintaining high academic standards.

Full Accreditation Achievements

Out of 24 evaluated programmes, the following 20 have received full accreditation:

• Forestry and Wildlife Management
• Architecture
• Information and Communication Technology
• Automobile Technology Education
• Building Technology Education
• Computer Science Education
• Education Mathematics
• Electrical Electronics Education
• Integrated Science
• Metalwork Technology Education
• Woodwork Technology Education
• Automotive Engineering
• Water Resources and Environmental Engineering
• Quantity Survey
• Biochemistry
• Science Laboratory Technology
• Geography
• Meteorology

This achievement reflects the dedication of ADUSTECH’s staff, the hard work of its students, and the support from the Kano State Government, particularly the Executive Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf.

Interim Accreditation Programmes

Four programmes received interim accreditation status, meaning they meet many required standards but need improvement in certain areas. ADUSTECH is committed to addressing these issues to achieve full accreditation for these programmes soon. The programmes with interim accreditation are:
