This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes during the 2021/2022 academic session that the management of the institution has released the list of documents that would be required for registration.

2. LASPOTECH Admission/Acceptance Letter
3. Acceptance Fees, Third Party & School Fees Receipts
4. LASPOTECH Post UTME Application Form
5. JAMB RESULT SLIP
6. CHANGE OF INSTITUTION JAMB SLIP
7. WAEC/ NECO/ NABTEB results
8. Passport Photograph (8 Nos)
9. Course Registration Forms
10. Letter of Undertaking by Student/ Parents
11. Matriculation Oath Parent/Guarantor Indemnity Form
12. Birth Certificate/Birth Affidavits
13. Clearance form signed by Departmental Registration Officer
14. Finger print verification and scanned form signed at the Central clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium Ikorodu Campus)

11. National Diploma Result/ Certificate
