• Monday, 2 December to Friday, 6 December 2024: The Central Committee on Examinations Misconduct and Leakages will review reports from faculty committees.
• Monday, 18 November to Saturday, 7 December 2024: Examiners must complete marking and submit raw marks within three weeks after the last paper.
• Monday, 18 November 2024 to Saturday, 4 January 2025: Departmental and Faculty Boards of Examiners will consider examination results, including project assessments.
• Monday, 13 January to Friday, 17 January 2025: The Senate Business Committee (SBC) will review first semester examination results.
• Wednesday, 19 February 2025: A special Senate meeting will finalise and release the first semester examination results.

Second Semester Timeline

The second semester features a structured schedule for lectures, breaks, and examinations.

• Monday, 25 November 2024 to Saturday, 22 February 2025: Lectures will span 13 weeks.
• Monday, 6 January to Saturday, 11 January 2025: A mid-semester break will provide students and staff a one-week pause.
• Monday, 24 February to Saturday, 22 March 2025: Second semester examinations will take place over four weeks.
• Monday, 24 March to Saturday, 3 May 2025: The session will end with a six-week break.
• Monday, 5 May 2025: Resumption for the 2024/2025 academic session will mark the beginning of a new academic cycle.
