Qualifications
To be eligible for the position of Professor at DELSU, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Doctorate Degree: Candidates must hold a doctorate degree.
- Teaching Experience: At least three years of full-time teaching experience as an Associate Professor.
- Publication Points: A minimum of forty-five points from publications is required. Of these, twenty-seven points (60%) must come from journals, with twelve points from publications indexed in THOMSON REUTERS (CLARIVATE ANALYTICS) or SCOPUS. The remaining eighteen points should include national (ten points) and local (eight points) publications, such as articles in journals, chapters in books, refereed conference proceedings, and books.
- H-index Matrix: An H-index matrix of at least six points is required.
- Published Works: All works must be published.
