The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Pan-Atlantic University helps bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds attend university without financial stress. The programme does more than pay fees. It builds your skills, develops your leadership, and prepares you for the world of work.
Pan-Atlantic University is the first Nigerian university to join this programme. Over ten years, 650 students will benefit.
If you qualify, you could get:
- Full tuition paid
- Free accommodation and living costs
- Mentorship and career guidance
- Internships and real-world experience
- Leadership training

Check if you meet the eligibility rules
You can apply if you:
- Have strong grades
- Show leadership skills
- Need financial support
- Are a young woman interested in studying STEM (science, technology, engineering, or maths)
- Are an internally displaced person in Nigeria
- Are a young person with a disability
- Want to help your community through service and action
You also need to meet academic standards:
- You must have 5 credits in WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB including English and Mathematics, plus three other subjects in Arts, Sciences, or Social Sciences (in no more than two sittings)
- You must score at least 220 in your UTME (JAMB)
- Your UTME subjects must include English and any three from Arts, Sciences or Social Sciences

- Upload your results and other documents
- Submit your application before the deadline
